As a Chef, I am honored to bring my extensive culinary experience to the restaurant and banquet venues. I bring to you in these cuisines the art of cooking global and local food products that will enhance your palate and create a memorable guest dining experience.  I strive to incorporate my love and passion into all of our dishes by embracing the local food community through seasonal ingredients and showcasing the teams' talents.

The banquet dining experience should be as memorable as dining in a restaurant; you need to enjoy the taste, creativity and service.

Paula Lambert decided to bring the art of cheese making from Italy to her home in Texas.  Although the Mozzarella Company now produces over 100,000 pounds of cheese a year, each and every cheese is still made completely by hand.
